## The name, and what follows from it

What the desk offers instead is the more interesting thing: what the growth hormone axis literature actually studies once the performance frame is set aside. ## Editorial stance

Three commitments govern everything published here.

First, no dosing and no medical advice. Doses used in cited studies are reported as part of those studies, because a trial's dose is part of its finding. Nothing here is a recommendation, a schedule or a protocol, and no sentence on this site tells a reader what to do.

Second, gaps get named. The most common failure in writing about research peptides is presenting mechanism as though it were outcome — describing what a molecule does at a receptor and letting the reader assume that a clinical benefit follows. It frequently does not. Ipamorelin's only controlled trial of a clinical outcome failed [3]; that fact belongs at the top of a page about ipamorelin, not in a footnote at the bottom.

Third, no commerce. This desk does not sell, does not link to sellers, does not name suppliers and takes no position on where anything might be obtained. Its only product is a reading of the literature, and its only claim on a reader's attention is that the citations are real and the numbers match the papers.
